About Chicago Family Health Center

Located at 3223 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60629, Chicago Family Health Center operates as a medical clinic serving Chicago in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (773) 768-5000. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is chicagofamilyhealth.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

I've been going to this drs since 2021, the drs and the place is perfect but the staff at the front are very rude sometimes. My bad that I didn't get the name of the lady at the front, but I will and report that person. After this I'm not sure if I continue going to that clinic anymore. Sistem problems and costumer service are the mayor problems. No complaints at all about doctors.

Discovered site online while seeking free accessible HIV rapid testing as walk-in or appointment option. Upon visit, it was a friendly atmosphere and welcoming to individuals. There was plenty of seating open and security for a secure safe space. The service requested did not appear to be frequently inquired about as they needed to learn more about its availability offering at the site. Once updated on service, they shared that only (1) individual conducts the service and was not in for the day. Based on info online, it's wonderful that they provide this necessary service as a healthy preventative practice, as well as making it accessible for everyone. However, if seeking service, especially their advertised free HIV testing at the various locations posted online (as they differ per day), I'd highly recommend calling first and making sure someone will be present before making any trips. I wasn't able to obtain any services, so I could only rate on my experience. Glad I didn't have far to travel, but I could only imagine the issues if others were coming from far distances or arranged schedules for that specific location. Overall, finding accessible and cost efficient options to

I dont trust this place at all anymore, over the years this health center has lack in there responsibilities. Idk if they don't put enough attention or what? On top of they're rude staff. I had booked an appointment for my dad because I've been really concerned over his health since I started noticing he has been loosing so much weight. Supposedly, they did all sort of blood exams & etc. The doctor read results and he was fine. For me he didn't look fine, 2 weeks later I book him a regular check up somewhere else because I didn't felt comfortable with those results. Turns out he has anemia. I knew he didn't look healthy and I wanted for a doctor to confirm but this place is not the place to go to. Idk if it's only this location or the other locations be lacking on they're job too. This is the second time I've been uncomfortable about the service. As for me I was looking for a psychologist and they just recommended me to someone, they gave me information and whatever number they gave me was a dead end.

The lab tech was very rude and unprofessional. Before I even got a chance to talk to her she was very hostile, just seems like she lets her emotions get in the way of doing her job properly.
